We deliver some of the most detailed and accurate Xactimate estimates in the industry. Whether you need estimates written from scratch or want to improve the final dollar amount with a supplement, you can be confident no scope is being omitted from your insurance claims.

  • We’ll evaluate an already written insurance estimate, add warranted Xactimate line items justified with photos and building code language, submit to insurance, and handle all adjuster communications on your behalf.

  • 12% of the increased RCV amount. No minimums. We only profit if we’re making you profit.

  • There is a major advantage to submitting an estimate before an adjuster has prepared one. Have us write your estimates and handle the adjuster communications or simply write your estimates. Unlimited revisions for no additional charge.

  • Estimate + Adjuster Correspondence

    • 3% of insurance approved RCV amount

    • Roofing (includes gutters): $100

    • Roofing and Exterior: $150

    • Mitigation and Interior Repairs:

      • $1 - 24,999: 1.5% of written RCV amount

      • $25,000 - $49,999: 1.3% of written RCV amount

      • $50,000 - $99,999: 1.2% of written RCV amount

      • $100,00+: 1% of written RCV amount

  • A few percentage points on your margins can be the difference between a company struggling to stay afloat vs. a successful company. Xactimate is a robust software and often insurance adjusters will overlook warranted line items and/or scope items.

  • We’ll need any scope notes and photos you have for the job along with measurements. For exterior losses we’ll utilize Eagleview and Hover reports, and for larger interior losses we will utilize Matterport scans.

  • We’ll complete estimates/supplements within 24-48 hours of receipt. Insurance approval can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the responsiveness of the insurance carrier.

  • We can include your company header and information on the Xactimate estimate and then we will attach any supporting documents including photos, building code documents, measurement reports, etc.

Owner / Lead Estimator

I spent 4 years as a staff insurance adjuster with an emphasis on catastrophe storm claims. From there I transitioned into a full time estimating role for general contractors working to improve their supplements and profit margins. Seeing both sides of the industry I’m now utilizing my extensive Xactimate and construction knowledge to help contractors and public adjusters maximize the potential of their insurance claims. I am based in Denver, CO and enjoy weekend outdoor adventures in the mountains with my dog.
